Side by side with distinguished lawyer and academic panelists, Daniel Dosza from Hungary and Stefan Dobrijević from Austria, the panelists engaged in a rich dialogue, exploring the complex dynamics between the judiciary and arbitration. Key topics included the risks and benefits of choosing between arbitration and litigation, as well as the practical challenges of cooperation between courts and arbitral tribunals during and after arbitration proceedings.
