Bojović & Partner’s Senior Associate Ivan Gazdić, in his capacity as the President of FIC’s Real Estate Committee, spoke at the regular annual session of the Assembly, highlighting the main activities of the RE Committee that have been undertaken during 2016.
“In 2016, Real-Estate Committee elected new leadership and defined a 2-year programme for 2016/17. The Committee also focused its attention on advocacy with regards to amending the Conversion Law and on improving the Draft Civil Code – provisions on real estate”, said Ivan.
Looking into 2017, FIC President Yana Mikhailova said that “FIC will continue to advocate for improvement of business environment, better implementation of laws and cutting unnecessary bureaucracy.”
