This year’s Merger Control Panel organized by the European Competition Lawyers Association gathered some of the most prominent Europe experts, among which was our SELA memeber Zoya Todorova, partner at Dimitrov Petrov & Co, law firm from Bulgaria.
Together with her colleagues Maurice De Valois Turk and Fredrik Löwhagen, Zoya Todorova shared her experiences and views on what is happening with legal certainty in merger control after Commission’s Article 22 interpretation, national developments in FDI screening and the draft new regulation on foreign subsidy control.
Moderator of this year’s panel was Satu-Anneli Kauranen, Competition, Compliance & Regulatory Expert and Partner at Merilampi Attorneys from Finland.
