Managing partner of Kirm Perpar, Andrej Kirm, recently gave an interview for CEE Legal Matters on the current situation on the Slovenian legal market.
Andrej said that the business was pretty much as usual, apart from the Covid-19 crisis.
Commenting on the work of Slovenian courts, he said that they are operating more or less normally, while expressing a mild confusion of them not using video-hearings more.
Speaking of the government measures to mitigate effects of the pandemics, he said that the government measures are going in the right direction and expected more legislative changes to occur.
