On Thursday, September 4, D2P office participated in an event focused on the ethical use of artificial intelligence and its significance for sustainable business, jointly organized by UN Global Compact Serbia and Hemofarm A.D.
Milica Pesterić, partner, and Simona Vračar, senior associate, opened the event with a presentation on the legal framework and ethical guidelines guiding AI adoption in Serbian companies. Their insights emphasized data protection, non-discrimination, and compliance with European regulations, including the AI Act.
The panel discussion, which included representatives from Mars, Hemofarm A.D., and Beyond42, explored both the opportunities and risks of AI, practical challenges in implementation, and the importance of responsible AI use in line with ESG principles.
