Uroš represented the South East Legal Alliance – SELA as a speaker at the “Social Aspects of an Insolvency. Protection of Employee Rights” panel. He presented the key features of insolvency regimes from the aspect of protecting employee rights in the ex-Yugoslavia region.
The first International Insolvency Forum brought together such bankruptcy law experts from around the world who deal with insolvency issues as judges, private practitioners, creditors counsel, government regulators and tax authorities, academics and other professionals. The St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPBILF), hosted by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, has been held annually since 2011. The first forum of its kind, SPBILF offers a unique opportunity of face-to-face communication for top government officials, international lawyers, experts in law and international relations, and heads of the legal departments of major corporations.
