Vuchetich advised the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development, HBOR – Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak in negotiating and executing a credit facility agreement with DTEK Energy B.V., the leading private investor in Ukraine’s energy sector, as borrower.
