D2P team advised a world-class leasing company specialized in mid-life narrowbody aircraft, in a capacity of the buyer, and a privately-owned aircraft leasing company that primarily owns single-aisle commercial jet aircraft, in the capacity of the seller, in a transaction involving the sale and purchase of an Airbus A320-200 aircraft, registered in Serbia.
