Greek office DRAKOPOULOS participated in the 33rd Panhellenic Conference on Commercial Law, organised by the Association of Greek Commercialists, held in Thessaloniki from 14 to 16 November 2025.
This year’s theme, “Corporate Restructurings, Transformations, and Acquisitions”, focused on key developments in SPA transactions, corporate transformations, and contemporary international practices. The conference featured a comprehensive agenda with notable academic contributions, addressing topics such as restructuring strategies, the legal framework of M&As, minority shareholder protection, regulatory oversight, implications for capital markets, foreign subsidy rules, labour law considerations, tax implications, and litigation aspects of mergers.
DRAKOPOULOS was represented by senior associates Sofia Angelakou, Zoi Nikolaidi, and Eirini Galanou, together with associate Isidoros Skavdis, who actively attended the sessions and engaged in discussions shaping the current and future landscape of commercial and corporate law.
