Our member, DRAKOPOULOS participated in the International Bar Association (IBA) European Fashion and Luxury Law Conference, held in Paris on 8–9 July 2026.
The conference was co-chaired by Panagiotis Drakopoulos, managing partner at DRAKOPOULOS and Co-Chair of the IBA European Regional Forum, alongside Isabel Gandoy, reflecting the firm’s longstanding commitment to the IBA and its active role within the international legal community. Michalis Kosmopoulos, partner at DRAKOPOULOS, also represented the firm at this leading industry event.
Bringing together legal practitioners, in-house counsel and industry professionals from across the globe, the conference addressed the legal and commercial developments shaping the fashion and luxury sector. Key topics included artificial intelligence and intellectual property, sustainability and supply chain due diligence, selective distribution, online platforms, resale and repair ecosystems, brand protection, M&A, litigation, and anti-counterfeiting strategies.
