Panagiotis Drakopoulos managing partner at DRAKOPOULOS, and senior vice chair of the International Bar Association European Regional Forum, alongside with partner Michalis Kosmopoulos, participated in the IBA European Fashion and Luxury Law Conference held in Milan on 22 and 23 April.
The conference offered attendees a comprehensive exploration of the fashion and luxury industries through a series of engaging panels, breakout sessions, and presentations. Topics of discussion included M&A deals, Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence, and new perspectives on global legal departments within the sector.
Panagiotis Drakopoulos and Simone De La Gatinais partner at Chiomenti, co-moderated a session themed “Sustainability: time for regulation”, where the audience had the opportunity to delve into legal frameworks related to sustainability within the fashion and luxury sectors.
