We are pleased to highlight the participation of, Effrosyni Koukoufilippou, Associate at Drakopoulos, at the 3rd Athens International Young Scholars Conference on Space Law.
At the conference, Effrosyni Koukoufilippou presented her paper, “Beyond the Atmosphere, Below the Threshold? Space-Based Cyber Espionage and Jus ad Bellum,” addressing emerging legal questions at the intersection of space activities, cybersecurity and international law.
Her contribution reflects the growing importance of legal scholarship in addressing new challenges arising from technological developments and the expanding use of space-based capabilities.
