BDV’s partner Marko Bohaček, recently participated, as one of the members of the expert group from Republic of Croatia, in a study visit to Rome, Italy, alongside colleagues from the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, the Municipal Court in Zagreb, Center for Peaceful Dispute Resolution and the Norwegian Courts Administration.
Organized as part of the project “Mediation and Free Legal Aid: Opportunities for Synergy”, the visit provided valuable insights into mediation practices in Italy. The delegation had the opportunity to visit key institutions, including the Supreme Court of Cassation (Corte Suprema di Cassazione), the Ministry of Justice (Ministero della Giustizia), and the ADR Center Roma – Organismo di Mediazione and to participate in fruitful discussions and knowledge transfer.
