Miloš Andrejević attended AIJA Annual labour law conference

D2P’s partner Miloš Andrejević, attended the AIJA Annual labour law conference in Cambridge “The Lifecycle of the Entrepreneur: From Personal to Personnel”, hosted by the Employment and Immigration Law Commission and the International Private Clients and Family Law (IPCFL) Commission, held in historic Cambridge, from 26 to 28 June 2025.

The conference brought together leading legal practitioners and experts from around the world to explore the many facets of entrepreneurship through the lens of international law. The dynamic programme focused on the complex interplay between personal and business matters across an entrepreneur’s life, with special emphasis on asset protection, family dynamics, estate planning, global employment trends, and immigration issues.

As part of the IPCFL Commission’s agenda, sessions explored the critical legal considerations surrounding business succession, cross-border wealth management, and the often sensitive role of family relationships in entrepreneurial ventures. Meanwhile, the Employment and Immigration Law panels addressed the rapidly evolving global landscape of labour and migration, with a spotlight on ESG, digitalisation, transparency, and privacy in the workplace.

In addition to the rich academic content, attendees enjoyed the unique cultural experience of Cambridge, including the timeless tradition of punting on the River Cam.
