D2P, in cooperation with the Italian Serbian Chambers of Commerce and the regional HR company Heads Adriatic, organized the seminar “Employment in practice: engagement, dismissal and foreign workforce,” on Tuesday, 20 May, at the premises of the law firm.
The event brought together numerous representatives of member companies and was an opportunity for a detailed analysis of key aspects of employment relationships – from establishment to termination, with a special focus on the engagement of foreign nationals and directors.
Professional lectures and discussions were led by legal and HR experts: our senior partner Vuk Drašković and partner Miloš Andrejević, as well as Miloš Jovanović and Vesna Ristić from Heads Adriatic. Participants had the opportunity to hear concrete examples from practice, receive useful recommendations and clarify legal doubts through an active dialogue with lecturers.
After the official part, the event continued with informal networking over coffee, which additionally contributed to the exchange of experiences and the strengthening of business ties among the participants.
