BD2P’s senior partner Vuk Draskovic was one of the speakers at AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers Seminar titled “Bring business to life: M&A and commercial transactions in the life sciences industry”, held in Belgrade 18-20 April.
Vuk was part of the panel 4: “M&A + T.R.A.D.E: His Majesty the Customer” moderated by Gianluca Albè, partner from A&A Studio Legale, Italy. The co-speakers included Giorgia Carandente, LL.M. Eur. from Taylor Wessing, Germany; Patrycja Wróblewska from Kancelaria Prawna IURIDICA, Poland; and Tomasz Wekwart from Wekwart, Poland.
The 3-day seminar dived into aspects of M&A and commercial transactions with a special focus on the Life Sciences sector. The seminar offered three tailor-made programs for Corporate and M&A, Healthcare and Life Sciences and T.R.A.D.E. lawyers, with the panels being composed and topics discussed in an interdisciplinary manner.
