DRAKOPOULOS participated in the “Where Innovation Meets Tradition” conference, organised by the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) in Cairo, Egypt, from 15 to 17 October 2026.
The firm was represented by partner Petros Fragkiskos and associate Effrosyni Koukoufilippou, who joined legal professionals from around the world to discuss emerging developments at the intersection of law, business and technology.
The conference explored two key areas: mergers and acquisitions in the digital age and intellectual property in the media ecosystem. Discussions addressed cross-border transactions, investment opportunities in emerging markets, and the challenges posed by AI-generated content and digital media for the protection of intellectual property rights.
