Greek office DRAKOPOULOS reaffirmed its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion by participating in the 7th Diversity in Business Conference, organised by Diversity Charter Greece and held in Athens on 9 October.
Under the theme “Inclusion is in our DNA”, the conference celebrated uniqueness as a shared human trait and inclusion as a driver of progress. Discussions explored whether Artificial Intelligence (AI) can act with empathy, respect human rights, and align with ethical principles of equality.
The event showcased best practices and strategies fostering equality and inclusion — values increasingly recognised as key ESG criteria for sustainable growth.
