We are proud to announce that our member from Bosnia and Herzegovina – Dimitrijević & Partners is the winner of the CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year 2025 Award for Bosnia and Herzegovina, for their role as local legal counsel in the acquisition of Adriatic Metals by Dundee Precious Metals Inc. – one of the largest transactions in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2025, valued at approximately EUR 1.18 billion.
In this cross-border transaction, Dimitrijević & Partners acted as local legal counsel for Dundee Precious Metals, alongside Cassels Brock & Blackwell and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, providing legal support on regulatory, corporate, real estate, and mining-related matters.
The transaction was led by managing partner Davorin Marinković, alongside with senior partner Stevan Dimitrijević, and partner Đorđe Dimitrijević.
