Stevan Dimitrijević, founding partner of the firm, is a leading corporate and M&A
lawyer whose professional path unexpectedly began on a stage as the first
drummer and a founding member of the renowned Serbian band Kanda, Kodža i

Davorin Marinković, co-founding and managing partner, advises clients on
