The SEE 2016 NPL Forum was held in Belgrade with the SELA (South East Legal Alliance) as a Partner Sponsor. Bojović & Partners, together with Dimitrijević & Partners and Žurić i Partneri, as members of SELA, attended the conference.
Partner at Žurić i Partneri, Edin Karakaš, as the representative of SELA, held a notable lecture during which he presented the legislative framework for NPL’s (non-performing loans) in the Republic of Croatia, and the experience of Žurić i Partneri in this field.
SEE NPL Forum is the first conference in Southeast Europe during which the leading international NPL experts, ranging from bankers, auditors, public officials, lawyers and consultants, up to representatives of investment funds and international financial institutions, analysed issues and shared experiences from their jurisdictions in this area and discussed the relevant trends in Europe.
