Administrative Court – Sofia upheld their petition for addressing the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) with a request for interpreting the Community law regarding paramount questions on the correct implementation of rules of Directive 2009/72/ЕC and their application in Bulgaria. A decision of CJEU will bring light to the above issues, which are contradictorily solved in the Bulgarian court practice because of the unclear legal definitions provided by the Energy Law.
