Ivana is known for her knowledge and understanding of commercial law disputes. She integrates her in-depth knowledge of commercial law in daily advisory, taking a preventative approach in her work. Svetlana specializes in corporate and commercial law and has wide experience advising on due diligence investigations, compliance, joint ventures and private equity transactions. She also has extensive experience advising on immigration, employment and labor law matters, including employment disputes, contracts and HR policies. Svetlana is known for her knowledge and experience in personal data protection, intellectual property matters and in entertainment games, with a particular focus on games of chance.
