The 5th edition of the Rijeka Tax Law Day conference was held by University of Rijeka, Faculty of Law (Sveučilište u Rijeci, Pravni fakultet) – PRAVRI in close cooperation with IBFD, International Fiscal Association Croatia and EY Croatia.
This year’s topic “The Common Constitutional Tradition in the European Union and Its Impact on Taxation” served to foster an in-depth exploration of the complex relationship between constitutional principles and taxation within the European Union (EU).
BDV’s partner Vladimir Batarelo, participated in a panel discussion devoted to effective protection of taxpayers’ constitutional rights.
