DPC advised the Bulgarian entrepreneur Dilyan Pavlov on its investment in Park Lane Office Center. The client joined the project as a shareholder together with prominent names in the real estate sector in Bulgaria.
Park Lane Office Center is a high-tech multi-functional business building at a top, easily accessible location in the area of Hladilnika in Sofia. It will offer 35 000 sq. meters of class A office spaces, suitable for companies in the financial, IT and commercial sectors.
The construction works have already started and the deadline for commissioning of the building is July 2021.
