DRAKOPOULOS partner Michalis Kosmopoulos and paralegal Kalakou Georgia attended React ’s Annual General Meeting in Amsterdam, held on 18-19 April, representing the firm as the exclusive partner of React for Greece and Cyprus.
The event aimed to bring together members, partners and other relevant stakeholders in the anti-counterfeiting field and included plenary sessions focusing on key developments in customs and online enforcement. Particular emphasis was placed on the introduction of the Digital Services Act (“DSA”) and key revisions to the EU’s Union Customs Code (“UCC”). A Product Identification Training session was also held for police and customs officials.
