On Thursday, 8th February, a regional HR company Heads Adriatic and BD2P jointly organized a seminar/webinar, on “Residence and work of foreigners in Serbia after 1st February”.
In a pleasant atmosphere, with hot coffee and delicious croissants, and online as well, our expert speakers provided valuable insights into the latest regulatory developments, ensuring the knowledge needed to navigate the residence and work permit landscape in Serbia.
The following topics were covered:
- Labor market, workforce availability and mobility,
- Best practices and challenges in engaging foreign employees,
- Beginning of application of the Law on Foreigners,
- Beginning of application of the Law on Employment of Foreigners – legal regime and practical aspects.
