One of the leading legal services directories, Legal 500, has recently launched the 2020 edition of The Legal 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa.
SELA member law firms were once again recognized as leading ones on their legal markets.
In Albania, Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha was once more selected as a Leading Tier 1 firm with Shpati Hoxha and Andi Memi as Leading Individuals.  Selena Ymeri was listed as a Rising Star.
Dimitrijević & Partners from Bosnia & Herzegovina, was listed Tier 1 in Commercial, corporate and M&A and in Projects and energy. Leading individuals mentioned in the report were: Stevan Dimitrijević and Davorin Marinković.
In Bulgaria, Dimitrov Petrov & Co, had their best ranking so far: Tier 1 in Dispute Resolution, EU and Competition, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Construction and TMT. Žuric i Partneri, from Croatia, were ranked Tier 1 in 6 major practice areas:  Banking, finance and capital markets, Commercial, corporate and M&A, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Privatisation, Projects and energy, Real Estate and Construction. Among the listed individuals were:  Duško Žuric, Mihovil Granić, Edin Karakaš, Ana Vrsaljko Metelko, Daniela Mayer, Miroslav Plašćar and Luka Vukelić.
Apostolska, Aleksandrovski and Partners has been recognized as one of the leading Law Firms in North Macedonia. Igor Aleksandrovski was listed as a Leading Individual.
In Serbia, Bojović Drašković Popović & Partners was ranked as a Top-Tier Employment law firm in Serbia for the fourth consecutive year. Vuk Drašković was again ranked as a Leading Individual in Commercial, corporate and M&A, as well as in Employment. Uroš Popović has been ranked as a Leading Individual for the first time in Competition. Stefan Golubović , Miloš Andrejević and Mario Kijanović were all listed as Rising Stars in the report.
The guide has also recognised Kirm Perpar as one of the leading Slovenian law firms.
