Montenegrin Agency for Protection of Competition has initiated ex officio an investigation procedure regarding the legal entities Montenegrin Telekom AD Podgorica, ONE Montenegro LLC, and MTEL LLC, to determine the existence of a prohibited agreement in the market for providing prepaid services in the territory of Montenegro.
Currently, data, documents, and other relevant information are being collected which may be significant for establishing the factual situation in the aforementioned procedure, and BD2P will follow the further course of this procedure.
