In the past week, the Montenegrin Agency for Protection of Competition announced a very important news:
The Agency for Protection of Competition issued a decision in the case of INA – JUGOPETROL, confirming the existence of a restrictive agreement whereby these market participants directly determined and applied fixed retail prices for liquid petroleum gas in the relevant retail market in Montenegro. This agreement aimed to prevent, restrict, or distort competition, constituting a violation of the Law on Protection of Competition.
