We are pleased to highlight the recent work of Dimitrijević & Partners, our member firm, which provided legal support to its long-standing client, Affidea Bosnia, in connection with the signing of a public-private partnership agreement for the construction of a new specialized oncology hospital in Brčko.
The project represents an important step in the further development of specialized healthcare infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina and is expected to contribute to improved access to modern oncology care for patients in the region.
Dimitrijević & Partners has supported Affidea Bosnia throughout its development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including its pioneering public-private partnership project for the establishment of the first Radiotherapy Centre in Banja Luka. The new oncology hospital in Brčko is envisioned as a long-term infrastructure project designed to serve the community for decades. Through the public-private partnership model, the project brings together public and private sector expertise and investment with the aim of strengthening the availability and quality of specialized medical services.
