ON OCTOBER 31, 2017 A DECISION OF THE TRANSPARENCY COMMISSION AT THE MINISTRY OF HEALTHCARE WAS ISSUED, MARKING AN OUTSTANDING SUCCESS FOR THE LIFE SCIENCES LAW PRACTICE GROUP OF DIMITROV, PETROV & CO.
The issued decision of the Transparency Commission has revoked entirely a decision of the National Council on Prices and Reimbursement of Medicinal Products (NCPRMP) regarding a medicinal product from the Positive Drug List of one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies on the Bulgarian market and has given to NCPRMP mandatory instructions on the interpretation and application of the law (the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act). This has happened thanks to the efforts of our life sciences law experts – Zoya Todorova, Bilyana Stefanova, Martin Zahariev, PhD, and Alexandra Lassina, who have managed to convince completely the Transparency Commission in the correctness of their arguments.
