The event titled “Meet the Neighbours” is by invitation only and aims to gather public procurement employers from Bulgaria and Macedonia and experts with international experience from England, Bulgaria and Macedonia. The focus will be on the good practices for planning, claims presentation and dispute resolution with FIDIC Conditions of Contract and the unique preventive role of the Dispute Boards (DB).
A major part of the event will be the review of a case regarding infrastructure in the form of role play. Ms. Milcheva has been invited to play the role of a member of the Dispute Board appointed to resolve the case.
